At Fit Fusion, we strive to reach our clients where they are at in their health journey. Whether that is to lose weight, stay healthy, gain strength, improve flexibility, tone, have chronic pain, or other. We are here to meet your needs.
Currently, the classes are being taught in an Open Level format to reach all fitness levels, age groups, men and women. In the future, as our clients gain a better understanding of how the reformer beds work and become confident, class types will be modified. Right now, the following will be offered:

Mat and Reformer Open Level - These classes are for all ages and are "layered" to meet everyone from beginner but yet will challenge those of you that are advanced. We will focus on stretch, strength, sculpting, and core. There will be options to add HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) during some of these workouts.

Mat classes are great at perfecting balance, mobility, flexibility and more using your own body weight. The Reformer will become your favorite workout machine! Options for movement and exercise are absolutely infinite with a carriage connected to different spring tensions that you move using connected hand straps, footbar, box, platform and more.​​​

Personal Training - Reach out to us to discuss the multitude of options on this one. We can instruct you one on one; or plan a workout party with friends! Mother/Daughter Pilates, Dude Pilates, other Client Ideas? We can cater to you and make fun and healthy or an actual "party"!
